Oscar "Gato Alto" Romero is an orc rigger and driver for the season 2 group.
Growing up in Aztlan in a Catholic community and turned into an Orc as a child and was shunned for being Catholic.
Gato previously worked for Lone Star as border guard on the Confederation of American States - Aztlan border, but helped migrants from Aztlan to flee over to the CSA.
One of Gato's main characteristics is his addiction to the drug Jazz, but the addiction is only mild (so far). One of his contacts is the orc mechanic Little Raj.
